Comments Visibility Threshold

If you want to hide the number of the comments for a post until the counter reaches some value (e.g. 10 votes), please go to the WP Dashboard › Appearance › Customize › Posta > General panel, and in the Hide comments section define your Threshold. Comments with values lower than the threshold will be hidden.

Where Does It Apply?

The threshold will be checked and applied on:

  • archive views (homepage, categories, etc.)
  • lists (Top, Trending, Popular, Hot)
  • post collections (You May Also Like, etc.)
  • a single post page, in the post header where other metadata reside

Where Doesn’t It Apply?

The threshold will NOT be applied on the comments (form and comment list) under post content.
