Generally, you can use any 3rd party plugin with the theme, without custom integration. But the integration makes a plugin tightly coupled with the theme by adjusting a variety of its aspects, the same turning the plugin into an internal part of the theme.

Scope

A plugin integration covers:

  • custom styling
  • placing plugin-related elements inside theme templates
  • including plugin-related query arguments in the filtering and sorting
  • adding builder blocks
  • integration with other theme plugins

Theme Responsibility

The theme is not responsible for plugin-related issues. If you encounter a problem and a plugin is not working, please first check whether the same problem occurs on the WordPress default theme. If so, you have to report it directly to the plugin author.

The Easy Social Share Buttons plugin integration is currently in the BETA stage. It’s NOT recommended to use it on a production site.

This documentation article is just a draft. The documentation will be delivered along with the final integration.

Easy Social Share Buttons is a social sharing plugin and can be used as a replacement for the MashShare plugin. The plugin is bundled
with the theme for FREE so you don’t have to buy it.

To get early access to that feature, please install Easy Social Share Buttons via WP Dashboard › Appearance › Install Plugins.

All plugin settings are in the WP Dashboard › Easy Social Share Buttons.

Read more about the plugin in its official documentation.
