Lists are your site’s most valuable rankings. You want to spread your posts virally across the web, right? Lists are the best way to attract visitors.
The first list, the Lastest, is a well-known list of your most recent posts. Almost every blog uses it. Other types are unique and typical for viral sites. They are generated based on post views or votes so the most popular stories will be higher in the rankings.
List Types
The theme offers 3 special list types, differentiated by a time range:
- Trending – posts from last day
- Hot – posts from last month
- Popular – posts of all time (something like “Hall of Fame”)
Filter Types
Lists can be generated based on:
- views – the WordPress Popular Posts plugin is required
- votes – the Snax plugin is required and its Votes module has to be enabled
