Footer text

The Footer text is a text primarily designed for copyright information.

Setup

To change the text in the footer, please do as follows:

1. Go to the WP Dashboard › Appearance › Customize panel
2. Switch to the Site Identity section
3. Scroll down to the Footer text field
4. Add your copyright info or other text

Year Placeholder

If your footer text is typical and contains year like in the example below

Copyright @2020 by Bring The Pixel

You can use the year placeholder (%%Y%%) to automatically replace it with current year.
