I’m a graphic designer by trade and love all things creative – from writing to art to films. When it comes to fitness, I enjoy going to the gym (although I definitely don’t always make it there!). I’m not a huge fan of running, but I do like to lift weights and do some cardio. I think that working out is important for both physical and mental health. It’s a great way to relieve stress and just feel good in general. I try to go to the gym at least a few times a week, but sometimes life gets in the way. That’s OK, though – I’m not going to beat myself up about it. Overall, I think it’s important to find an activity that you enjoy and that works for you. There’s no point in forcing yourself to do something that you hate. Just do what makes you happy and try to be as healthy as you can!
